Replacement-) If you don’t like the product then you can exchange it with any other product(it can be more than the cost you paid earlier so that extra amount you can pay us and exchange it)(before buying the product you can ask us that is exchange available on this product or not)(if you donot like it you can exchange it in 3 days of delivery if exchange is available on that product)(not valid on some products so must ask us before that is exchange available or not)

Refund-
You can talk to us on call or whatsapp for refund if you want to return (applicable on some products you might confirm before buying)
If we are satisfied with your genuine problem we can refund the amount we will get it picked up from your location but if pickup is not possible in your area or any other reason you have to ship it back on your own to our address (after we receive your product back we will check/inspect and refund the amount in your given account)(after we receive the product back refund can take upto 3-4 working days )

Cancellation –
If you want to cancel your purchase you can contact us at our provided number by calling or whatsapp messaging us(if your parcel is already dispatched it might apply some charges to cancel your purchase as you have to pay shipping and packing charges)
